Σήμερα είχαμε τον μεγαλύτερο όγκο στο uso απο την δημιουργία του.Μπορεί τώρα τεχνικά να μη σας λέει τίποτα, αλλά θέλω να προσέξετε τον τεράστιο όγκο σε συνδυασμό με το μάζεμα, τον κμο 5ημερών που είναι πολύ κοντά αλλά καθοδικός και ότι σαν κάνουμε κατευθείαν 30,60 αύριο θα έχουμε για πρώτη φορά ψηλότερο ψηλό και χαμηλό.Για να έχουμε τεταμένη τη προσοχή μας.10min

Με απογοήτευσε σήμερα, ενώ φαινόταν ότι έχει αρκετούς ταύρους, ο καθοδικός κμο 5ημερών άντεξε και μας οδήγησε χαμηλότερα.Σημαντικό το επίπεδο των 31+ όπου θα έχουμε ψηλότερο ψηλό, αλλά προς το παρόν τίποτα αξιόλογο. :*5

CFTC Probes U.S. Oil Fund Over Price Moves

Regulators are investigating the giant U.S. Oil Fund LP exchange-traded fund and others in the market over price moves that coincided with its trades in and out of crude-oil contracts earlier this month.

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission confirmed late Thursday that its enforcement staff is investigating USO concerning its so-called "roll" into a new contract on Feb. 6. The scrutiny is part of a broader probe into the oil market.

"The CFTC takes seriously issues surrounding price movements in our nation's vital energy markets," acting CFTC Enforcement Director Stephen J. Obie said.

USO has grown so large in recent months -- its holdings account for 20% of all April crude futures contracts on the New York Mercantile Exchange and about 30% of the contracts on ICE Futures Europe -- that it has a noticeable effect on oil prices when it moves in and out of contracts each month.

Both the CFTC and Nymex earlier said they are satisfied with recent changes USO has made that could lessen its impact on the market but are monitoring USO's rapid growth. John Hyland, the fund's chief investment officer, said he is not aware of a CFTC investigation but will "fully cooperate" with any probe.

USO "puts a high value on compliance with applicable laws and regulations since an orderly and transparent market instills confidence in our investors," Mr. Hyland said in an email.
